Principal designer Simon Daly | 'Sim' is a respected professional marine designer with 25 year’s marine industry experience, predominately in the field of composite mast design. Simon was previously employed by renowned design company Southern Spars, as a senior designer and superyacht design team leader where he managed between 5-10 designers, draftsmen and engineers as well as running his own design projects.
Well known for producing innovation and high quality technical drawings, Simon is an advocate for speed and quality and the use of technology. He understands those tight manufacturing deadlines and keeps up to date in the advancements in CAD technology and the latest in construction materials and techniques.
